The short version of how Casino Claims works, what it costs, and what you'll need to file. Still stuck? Get in touch.
We're an independent licensing-research and dispute-documentation service. We verify online casino licensing data, document complaints against operators, and file them through the relevant regulator's official complaint channel.
We are not a law firm and we don't provide legal advice. Where a matter needs formal representation, we point you to qualified counsel in the right jurisdiction.
There are no upfront charges. A flat 10% fee applies only to funds we successfully recover and pay out to you in cryptocurrency. It's deducted from the recovered amount at payout, and the net figure is always shown before anything is sent.
Larger disputes are handled differently: amounts over $50,000 carry a 15% fee covering the additional legal work involved.
If nothing is recovered, you owe nothing.
No. Submitting a claim does not guarantee any particular outcome, timeline, or recovery. Outcomes depend on the operator, the regulator, and the facts of the case. We document and file the strongest version of your complaint the decision rests with the operator and its regulator.
It varies by jurisdiction. Many regulators require licensed operators to respond to a mediated complaint within a fixed window anywhere from about 10 days to 8 weeks. Our published average for resolved cases is around 9 days to payout, but your case may be faster or slower.
It also depends on the amount. Expedited claims for disputes under $5,000 are typically resolved in 30 minutes to 2 hours. Disputes over $50,000 involve extra legal handling and can take up to 6 months to return.
A standard claim joins the regular documentation queue. An expedited claim is prioritised in our internal workflow so it's assembled and filed sooner. Expedited handling refers only to our prioritisation it does not bind any casino or regulator to respond faster.
For smaller disputes under $5,000 an expedited claim often resolves in just 30 minutes to 2 hours.
You'll need the casino name and license number (use the search to find it), your SERC ID, the wallet address you want any payout sent to, and a description of what happened dates, amounts, and any contact you've had with the operator.
Recovered funds are paid out in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide when filing. Use the wallet for the coin you originally deposited with, and double-check the address crypto transactions can't be reversed.
We track 30,000+ operators across 40+ jurisdictions. See the jurisdictions we monitor. Disputes against operators on an expired or unverifiable license tend to have the strongest footing.
We collect only what's needed to operate the service and pursue your claim, and we don't sell personal information. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
