How it works

From a frozen withdrawal to a filed dispute

When a withdrawal is denied, a bonus is voided, or an account is frozen without cause, most players are left arguing alone against a licensed operator. We document the dispute, check it against the terms the operator is bound to under its license, and push it through the regulator's official complaint channel.

The process

Search and verify the operator

Look up the casino by name or license number to see its issuing authority, license status, and expiry. An expired or unverifiable license is the single biggest red flag and the strongest basis for a complaint.

Open a claim

Tell us what happened: the amounts in dispute, your SERC ID, the wallet you deposited from, and any contact you've already had with the casino. A standard claim joins the regular queue; an expedited claim is prioritised in our documentation workflow.

We document and submit

Our investigators assemble the evidence, match it against the operator's licensing terms, and file the complaint through the regulator's official mediation channel. Most jurisdictions require licensees to respond within a fixed window or risk enforcement.

Track it to resolution

Every update is logged automatically on your claim page and emailed to you. When funds are recovered, they're paid out to the wallet you provided net amount always shown before anything is sent.

How long it takes. Expedited claims for disputes under $5,000 are typically resolved in 30 minutes to 2 hours. A standard claim averages around 9 days to payout. Disputes over $50,000 involve additional legal handling and can take up to 6 months to return.
Recovery fee. A flat 10% fee applies only to funds successfully recovered and paid out in cryptocurrency, deducted from the recovered amount at payout. Disputes over $50,000 carry a 15% fee covering the additional legal handling. There are no upfront charges, and you owe nothing unless your claim is resolved in your favour.

What we do and what we don't

Licensing checks

Verify an operator's license number, authority, and status across 30,000+ tracked operators before you deposit.

Dispute filing

Package and submit your complaint through the regulator's official channel and follow it to a decision.

Player protection

Track terms, payout history, and red flags so you know who you're dealing with.

Casino Claims is an independent dispute-documentation and licensing-research service, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. Where a matter requires formal representation, we refer players to qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction. See our Terms for the full picture.
